• How do I create a group?

Click on ‘Groups’ on the left-hand corner and then click on the  ‘Create New’ tile. You will be redirected to the Add Group page.

Here click on the ‘Add New +’ button to add a new group.

Now enter the Group Name, Group Description and click on ‘Save’ provided in the fourth column under ‘View Members’. You can click on the ‘Cancel’ button provided in the last column to remove the group before it has been saved.

Once you save, a Group Code is auto generated for that group.

  • How can I view/activate-deactivate/remove members of a group?

Click on ‘Groups’ on the left-hand corner and then click on the ‘View Groups’ tile. Now click on ‘View’ under View Members column to see the members/students that have joined that group.

Here you can deactivate a member/student by clicking on the ‘Deactivate’  button.

You can then re-activate the member if you want by clicking on the ‘Activate button. You can also remove a member from the group by clicking on the ‘Remove’ button provided in the last column.

  • How can I view the assignments assigned to a particular group?

Click on ‘Groups’ on the left-hand corner and then click on the ‘View Groups’ tile. Now click on ‘View’ under Active Assignments column to see all the active assignments assigned to the group.

Here you can see the Quiz Name, Assignment Code, Created On and the Due date for the quiz to be completed.
