• Where can a I fill the new employee registration form?

Click on the ‘New Employee’ tile at the top right hand corner of the login page.

You will now be redirected to the ‘New Employee Registration’ page, fill in all the details and submit the form.

  • Where I can see the candidate details?

Click on ‘Candidates’ on the left-hand corner and select the candidate from the view. You can see the details displayed under different tabs/sections. By default the Public Information tab/section is displayed which shows the Contact Information and Position details. Click on different tabs to see the information under each section. The top right hand corner shows the Leaves, Appraisal, Contracts and Timesheet details of the candidate.

  • How do I send the Employment Application Form to a candidate?

Click on ‘Candidates’ on the left-hand corner and select the candidate from the view. You will find the ‘More’ drop-down option at the top, now click on ‘Send Employment Application Form’ from the list

A popup is displayed asking for you to confirm, click ok ‘Send Employment Form’ to send the form for the candidate to fill and submit else click on ‘Cancel’.

  • How do I resend the Employment Application Form to a candidate?

Click on ‘Candidates’ on the left-hand corner and select the candidate from the view. Now click on ‘Resend Employment Application Form’ button.

  • How do I edit an existing candidate’s details?

Click on ‘Candidates’ on the left-hand corner and select the candidate from the view.Now click on the ‘Edit’ button provided at the top left hand corner to edit the candidate details. Please note that the fields with blue text box are mandatory. You can scroll down to edit the other information under different tabs. Once you are done with editing the information click on the Save button provided at the top left-hand corner to save the changes or click on the Discard button to discard any changes made.
