• How do I send fee payment request and additional form link email to the parent?

Click on ‘Awaiting Fee’ on the left-hand corner, select the candidate from the view, click on ‘Edit’, scroll down and enter the joining date.

Now click the ‘Fees Structure’ tab and select the ‘Fee Discount’ from the drop-down list if applicable else leave it blank and click on the ‘Confirm’ button.

Now if you wish to modify the fee discount click on ‘Reverse’ button else click on ‘Done’ button to confirm the fee structure.

Once you confirm the fee structure an email with academic fee payment link and a separate email with link to fill additional information is sent to the parent and the same is updated on the form view.

  • How can I send a reminder email to the parent to fill the additional information form?

Click on ‘Awaiting Fee’ on the left-hand corner, select the candidate from the view and click on ‘Reminder for Additional Form’ button.

  • Can admin/registrar fill the Additional information Form on behalf of the parent?

Yes.

  • How can I fill the Additional Information Form on behalf of the parent?

Click on ‘Awaiting Fee’ on the left-hand corner, select the candidate from the view, click on ‘Edit’, scroll down and click on ‘Fees Structure’. Now click on the link provided next to ‘Link for additional data fill up’.

Fill the details in the form and submit. Once the form is submitted the ‘Additional Form Filled’ checkbox field gets updated.

  • Can the parent pay the academic fees manually?

Yes.

  • Can the parent make partial academic fee payment?

Yes, the parent can make partial academic fee payment only when paying manually. However, when making an online payment the full amount as mentioned in the email must be paid.

  • Where can I update the status for manual academic fee payment?

Click on ‘Awaiting Fee’ on the left-hand corner, select the candidate from the view and click on ‘Pay Manually’. Now select the payment method and click ‘Submit’.

In case of payment through cheque you will need to enter few additional details and then click on ‘Submit’.

  • How to make partial academic fee payment manually?

Click on ‘Awaiting Fee’ on the left-hand corner, select the candidate from the view and click on ‘Pay Manually’. Now edit the amount in the textbox, select the payment method and click on ‘Submit’.

  • How to check if the academic fee is paid in full or partially?

Click on ‘Awaiting Fee’ on the left-hand corner, select the candidate from the view. The ‘Fee Payment Status’ would be updated to either ‘Academic Fee Partially Paid’ or ‘Academic Fee Paid’.

  • Is an email receipt sent to the parent for partial academic fee payment?

Yes, an Academic Fee Receipt email is sent to the parent along with the pending fees that needs to be paid to take the process to the next stage.

  • How to identify the candidates that have paid partial and those that have paid full academic fees?

Click on ‘Awaiting Fee’ on the left-hand corner, in the Kanban View the candidates that have paid partial academic fees are highlighted in yellow.

And those that have paid full academic fees are highlighted in green.

Alternately, you can also click on the List view tab at the right-hand corner. This list displays fee payment status and other details.
